INVITATION TO OPEN NATIONAL COMPETITIVE BID FOR THE PROVISION OF FOR THE SUPPLY OF REINFORCEMENT BAR (የአርማታ ብረት) TO ESDROS CONSTRUCTION TRADE AND INDUSTRY S.C.

Esdros Construction Trade and Industry S.C is a company that engages in Education, Industry, Real State and Trade activities mainly focuses in shaping the upcoming generations with intellectually enriched, acquainted with high moral value and that will provide value added products and services to the country in general, and the society in particular.

 

  1. Esdros Construction Trade and Industry S.C. is pleased to invite interested and qualified vendors for the supply of reinforcement bar (የአርማታ ብረት).
  2. Bid document can be obtained from Esdros Construction Trade and Industry S.C. Office located at Hibret Bank Head office, 8th floor Senga Tera Area in front of Addis Ababa University Commercial College against payment of a nonrefundable payment of birr 100.00 (One Hundred Birr).
  3. Bidders should submit a copy of renewed Trade license, Trade registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, TIN certificate and other relevant documents with their bidding document.
  4. Technical Proposal should be accompanied by a bid security of birr 50,000 (Fifty Thousand birr) or equivalent freely convertible foreign currency in the form of C.P.O or a bank guarantee by reputable bank in Ethiopia.
  5. Bidders should submit one original and a copy of each technical and financial document in wax sealed envelope before 10፡00 a.m. 26th August 2021.
  6. Technical Bid document of the bidders will be opened on 26th August 2021 at 10:30 in the presence of bidders or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
  7. Esdros Construction Trade and Industry S.C reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids without any prior notice.
