The highest decision making body of the company is the general assembly. The board of directors of Esdros is appointed by the general assembly. The board of directors are involved in policy making and assigned standing committees to follow the execution of overall activities of the organization. The full organizational structure of the organization is indicated herein

   Objectives of the Organization

1.  Promoting and preserving Ethiopian values, culture and ethics for all generations
2. To create a generation that does proud of its Ethiopian identity and self-reliant citizens.
3. To produce a competitive generation that is capable of thinking and leading in knowledge and skills in national and international languages.
4. To play its part in creating a generation that is morally exemplary and a role model for all generations.

One of the primary objectives of Esdros Construction Trade and Industry SC is to engage in the education sector in our country and to do the work that an educational institution supposed to do. In this regard, Esdros is making significant changes in all areas. The following are some of the main activities it performs.

1. As many scholars agree that the problem of modern education in Ethiopia is incompatible with the existing academic curriculum and has not been able to create a generation that is needed for the overall development of our country. Therefore, being one of the institutions that are trying to fill this gap, we are working hard to create the generation we need as a nation. Trainings are provided for students. We study and use the existing teaching methodology to teach modern teaching. In our long literary history, students will be able to examine the documents and books that our country has properly documented so as to know their history and identity. We have been producing proud, knowledgeable, and patriotic students.

2. According to various studies, students are now exposed to various addictions at their early age. With most of our citizens are young it is a big challenge for our country. This problem, which is becoming more and more common in the lives of young people, cannot be solved if it cannot be solved by the government and far-sighted/visionary institutions. In practice, it is also causing huge damage. Of course, there are various reasons for the problems we face with our youth, but the main reasons are the lack of attention of educational institutions, lack of proper supervision, and lack of additional training for students. Esdros is doing its part by producing and educating citizens who can develop discipline and ethical understandings.

3. In particular, the fact that private schools focus only on foreign languages not only weakens students’ academic knowledge, but also discourages them from being proud of their country and identity, lacking a sense of Ethiopian, and disregard to their country and people. In view of this big concern, we need to do our part to solve the problem.

4. Most educational institutions and parents do not pay much attention to academic matters, such the lack of attention to as disciplinary and ethical and other relevant and important issues, which make them to have less enriched ethics and discipline. They have been strangers to Ethiopian values over the past years. Generosity, kindness, cooperation, respect for people, hospitality, coexistence, decency, respect for the dignity of the people and the country, and so on are not being seen in this generation. Esdros is working hard to fill this gap, as it requires a lot of vision and organization. In particular, we are working hard to provide other educational institutions to follow our experience by providing trainings and supporting teaching materials.
